ALL BACK SEATS SHOULD BE PRESSURE SENSITIVE AND HAVE AN ALARM

pressure sensitive seats

In the rash of people leaving their children in cars during hot days, car manufacturers and politicians should become involved and mandate pressure sensitive seats that set off an alarm that can only be shut down by pushing a button located in the back compartment. With technology the way it is today, there has to be some common sense idea that can prevent infant deaths when the parents get distracted. If the button is pushed and the child is still there, then you know it was intentional.

FACT OF THE DAY!

angry manIrritability in men is often a result of high stress cortisol levels and low testosterone levels. Some men respond by acting out while others hold these feelings in and become depressed. Behaviors characteristic of men with Irritable Men Syndrome include: Angry.

ANOTHER GOOD DAY AT THE GYM

electric feet

The gym is so weird. Every time I go there there’s something new. This time it felt like I had ants in my feet trying to make it up to my nut sack. And, why do women wear so much perfume. It just gets all in your lungs and you can hardly breathe and every time you take a breath for 15 minutes after, you have that smell in your nose that seems to go straight to the brain.

WHEN AMMONIA BREAKS THROUGH THE BLOOD BRAIN BARRIER

ammonia brain

  • Abnormal movements or shaking of hands or arms.
  • Agitation, excitement, or seizures (occur rarely)
  • Disorientation.
  • Drowsiness or confusion.
  • Behavior or personality changes.
  • Slurred speech.
  • Slowed or sluggish movement.
  • Reddening of the eyes, especially when you sweat.
  • Causes non stop chatter and synapses to fire due to the overload of potassium chloride.

So if you ever have sharp pains to the liver, where the hepatic blood vessels go to cleanse the blood from foreign substances, then you might suffer these symptoms. You ever heard of the term bat shit crazy, that because bats defecate high quantities of ammonia and if you are ever in a bat cave, you need to wear a protective mask.

To help, eat items that have peppermint, spearmint or any kind of mint. It helps reduce the amount of potassium chloride and it cleanses the blood.

No wonder Batman goes around jumping from building to building, he’s crazy.

WTF: ANGRY THUMB GYM

thumbs eyes

I don’t what it is but every time I go to the gym, my thumbs and eyes feel electric. My wrists and elbows and forearms and biceps hurt. And a feeling of high irritation comes over me. It’s generally at the gym. Maybe I’m doing something wrong because everyone else except for a few are playing on their phones but they don’t seem to have that electric irritation.

SPORTS THAT BUILD LUNG CAPACITY

cardiovascular

The cardiovascular system is something that takes a lifetime to keep in shape. You can take breaks but if you stop completely, diseases like high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity and high cholesterol will eventually settle and call you a home. I suffered two cardiac episodes in my life, not waiting around for a third, which they usually say is the fatal one. Oddly, they occurred after injuries to my back that prevented me from running. So if you’re like me, an active person that has suffered a set back, then you have to find alternative measures to keeping that heart in shape. We’ll start with the best cardiovascular workout and move on down the list.

  1. Running – Gets the heart moving and strengthens your body while shedding calories
  2. Swimming – If you’re like me, you can’t run anymore, then swimming is an excellent substitute for running.
  3. Boxing Routine – If you’re like me, don’t have a swimming pool and you have to use the one at the gym, which is always crowded, then a boxing routine is a great exercise. It’s like running with your arms. It includes skipping rope, which I can’t do nearly as well anymore (painful), shadow boxing, hitting a heavy bag, punching the mitts and working the speed bag. I did this routine when I was younger after injuring my ankle and when I went for a run, it was like I had never stop running. Except for some weakness in the legs, I ran a mile in a little over 5 minutes and wasn’t winded.
  4. Cycling – Amazing for the cardiovascular system without the pounding on the knees but it has some effects on your lower back.
  5. Weight training – Lots of reps with medium and low weights, nothing heavy, the goal here is to get your heart moving, not to look like the hulk. You should superset, work two muscle groups at a time, to confuse the muscles and get your heart working from two different muscle areas.

Cell Phones at the Gym

cellphones at the gym

I have never seen so many cellphones at the gym in my life. You see them playing on the phone and then they start chatting with their friend, saying “I don’t this workout is helping”. I don’t know how much a cellphone weighs exactly but holding one for hours at a time might help. They just sit there and tick away. I never seen stronger thumbs. I heard that cellphones can emit waves that can affect your mood, maybe they’re hitting the wrong button. Instead of hitting the motivated button, they’re hitting the get angry button, because they don’t seem happy at all.

You can’t win that way. It’s cheating. #humanATM #cupfullofcoocoopuffs

CRYING, JUST DO IT!

Crying

How Crying Is Good for You

  1. It Relieves Stress
Chronic stress can increase the risk of heart attack, damage certain areas of the brain, contribute to digestive issues like ulcers, and cause tension headaches and migraines, among other health issues. “Humans’ ability to cry has survival value,” Frey emphasizes. While crying may not be as effective as respite care, most family caregivers could use a bit of stress relief.
  2. Crying Lowers Blood Pressure
Crying has been found to lower blood pressure and pulse rate immediately following therapy sessions during which patients cried and vented. High blood pressure can damage your heart and blood vessels and contribute to stroke, heart failure and even dementia.
  3. Tears Remove Toxins
In addition, Frey says crying actually removes toxins from the body. Tears help humans eliminate chemicals like cortisol that build up during emotional stress and can wreak havoc on the body. Crying is both a physical and emotional release that helps humans start over with a blank slate.
  4. It Reduces Manganese
The simple act of crying also reduces the body’s manganese level, a mineral which affects mood and is found in significantly greater concentrations in tears than in blood serum. Elevated levels can be associated with anxiety, irritability and aggression.
  5. Embrace Your Emotions and Humanity
While the eyes of all mammals are moistened and soothed by tears, only human beings shed tears in response to emotional stress. Crying acknowledges the feelings you’re experiencing, and emotions motivate us to empathize, coordinate and work as a unit to best survive. In fact, crying serves an important social function. It helps communicate the strength and nature of relationships, elicit sympathy and draw individuals closer to one another.

The next time you’re feeling overwhelmed and fighting back tears, do yourself a favor and keep these points in mind. Finding a quiet place to decompress or a supportive shoulder to cry on might be exactly what you need. I would never date a woman that cannot cry. IF I had to choose between a woman that cries all the time and a woman that doesn’t cry at all, I would just have to buy a bunch of handkerchiefs.
