HOW ABOUT JUSTICE FOR ENRIQUE CAMARENA’S FAMILY

Enrique-camarena1

Enrique “Kiki” Camarena Salazar (July 26, 1947 – February 9, 1985) was a Mexican-American special agent for the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). In February 1985 Camarena was kidnapped by members of the Guadalajara drug cartel while on assignment at the DEA resident agency in Guadalajara, Mexico. He was interrogated under torture and murdered. Three major drug traffickers were indicted and eventually convicted in Mexico for Camarena’s murder. The U.S. investigation into Camarena’s murder eventually led to three more trials in Los Angeles for Mexican nationals involved in the crime. The case continues to trouble U.S.-Mexican relations, most recently when one of the three convicted traffickers, Rafael Caro Quintero, was released from Mexican prison in 2013.

In 1984, acting on information from the DEA, 450 Mexican soldiers backed by helicopters destroyed a 1,000-hectare (2,500-acre) marijuana plantation in Allende (Chihuahua)[8][9] with an estimated annual production of $8 billion known as “Rancho Búfalo”.[10][11] Camarena, who was suspected of being the source of the information, was abducted in broad daylight on February 7, 1985, by corrupt Mexican officials working for the major drug traffickers in Mexico.

Camarena was taken to a residence located at 881 Lope de Vega in the colonia of Jardines del Bosque, in the western section of the city of Guadalajara, owned by Rafael Caro Quintero,[12] where he was tortured over a 30-hour period and then murdered. His skull was punctured by a metal object, and his ribs were broken.[13] Camarena’s body was found wrapped in plastic in a rural area outside the small town of La Angostura, in the state of Michoacán, on March 5, 1985. In the end the death of Enrique “kiki” Camarena is still not resolved and his torture and subsequent death seems to have government ties to both Mexico and the U.S. Thanks to companies like Amazon and Netflix, Enrique’s story is being told, all we need now is transparency for Enrique’s family. Eventually it will come to be but it would be nice if it could come while his wife is still alive to know the truth.

When did it become Normal to shoot Schools?

It’s to the point where we are becoming numb to the fact that kids are dying in schools. The media report it the same way they would report the Olympics. They cover it, call it sad, like our showing in the Olympics, say we must do better. They refuse to make the memorial wallproper people accountable. They no longer want to go out on a limb and ask the real question. Why is this really happening? Who is really behind it? Are these shooters having the worst nightmares of their lives? Is someone talking these shooters into these nightmare scenarios? Are we holding everyone that are really responsible, RESPONSIBLE?

18 USC 373- Solicitation to commit a crime of violence

(a)

Whoever, with intent that another person engage in conduct constituting a felony that has as an element the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force against property or against the person of another in violation of the laws of the United States, and under circumstances strongly corroborative of that intent, solicits, commands, induces, or otherwise endeavors to persuade such other person to engage in such conduct, shall be imprisoned not more than one-half the maximum term of imprisonment or (notwithstanding section 3571) fined not more than one-half of the maximum fine prescribed for the punishment of the crime solicited, or both; or if the crime solicited is punishable by life imprisonment or death, shall be imprisoned for not more than twenty years.

(b)

It is an affirmative defense to a prosecution under this section that, under circumstances manifesting a voluntary and complete renunciation of his criminal intent, the defendant prevented the commission of the crime solicited. A renunciation is not “voluntary and complete” if it is motivated in whole or in part by a decision to postpone the commission of the crime until another time or to substitute another victim or another but similar objective. If the defendant raises the affirmative defense at trial, the defendant has the burden of proving the defense by a preponderance of the evidence.

(c)

It is not a defense to a prosecution under this section that the person solicited could not be convicted of the crime because he lacked the state of mind required for its commission, because he was incompetent or irresponsible, or because he is immune from prosecution or is not subject to prosecution.

I made a recommendation in a previous article about how we may be able to rectify these situations. First, you can’t choose which laws to obey and which laws not to. They’re all their to be followed for everyone’s protection. Secondly, if you were to make the parent of that household the guardian of these weapons, locked away, safe from a person that is in despair because his/her significant other left them or is dating someone else than this latest numbness would have not happened. I’m writing this because I have a son that is in elementary school who is a great kid and has yet to face this type of outrageous behavior. I don’t want anyone to ever say I didn’t try something prior to anything bad happening to anyone else.

For now, we chalk up another one to the murder god, for he/she should have no shame or ever be responsible for anything. I’m being facetious.

PETITION- END CHILD SLAVERY

slave shops

We the undersigned, by virtue of listing an e-mail and name, are signing a petition that requests that the United States Congress make it a law that all companies that do business in the United States list on their website where all there manufacturing factories are located as well as how much the employees, by job title, make in earned income and what is the age of the youngest worker and that it certifies that there is no child slavery. That the list will be clearly put on the website and be listed as Factory Locations and Earned Income by Country. This petition is to make clear what companies do business where and how much they pay their employees and what percentage of their manufacturing is located in what country. This petition is meant to identify businesses that use slave wages and sweat shops. That’s not allowed in this country and should not be allowed anywhere. This would help make the competition for manufacturing jobs fair globally and end all child slavery. Here’s the catch, I need at least 100,000 signatures so you need to pass it on, and on, and on. Let us, the people, force Congress to do something about it.
