I was going crazy listening to DHS and CPB answer questions. My first thought was “I guess all you need to run a Department and lead an Agency is a High School diploma and to win “looks most intoxicated” on your High school yearbook.
Finally, listening to the Senate question Secretary Rubio on the Venezuela interdiction gives me hope that my government didn’t just allow States to legalize marijuana just for personal use. That there is some semblance of thought and logical rationale to some of the actions being taken by this Administration. The Senate didn’t take it easy on Sec. Rubio and the questions were tough but fair, by both sides, but Rubio answered truthfully and with conviction but not one time disrespectfully or did he try to demean the character of the governing body. It put me at ease that this country might not go down in flames.
I know that President Trump gave Secretary Rubio added duties as National Security Advisor and Archivist. By the end of the Trump’s second term, I can see Rubio running DHS and the FCC as well. One thing is for sure, Rubio is the Fire Chief of this Administration as he is putting out fires and quelling uneasiness. If Rubio decided to leave his post, this administration will be beset with chaos and pandemonium.
This is not my opinion, this is just the way it is.
