What a crazy time…. ICE raids and protests. What I noticed is that almost all people that are at these protests are white liberals maybe with some conservative centrists that don’t like what they define as a “police state” when you have armed ICE Agents in masks just putting their gardeners and landscapers and cheap as fuck roofers and contractor help in vans and SUV’s for unknown reasons. In all fairness, some of them are Hispanic, that were definitely born here and don’t have immediate family that are at “risk” and didn’t really see too many African American folks, mainly because they are sticking with the motto “my name is Bennit and I ain’t in it”. Maybe that’s a smart move but white folks are definitely not loving any infringement or what they see as government overreach. White folks are hard core.

To make sense of this, I’ll put this in a way that people might be able to understand. The illegal entry to the U.S. is a misdemeanor, with a small fine and the possibility of 3 months in jail, which usually never happens, what usually happens is that they are deported right away with the word Hi-Tech imprinted on their ass from the bottom of the combat boot that was there a second ago. The entry of illegal immigrants has actually made money for the country if looking at it with a macro lens. Driving without a license carries a heftier fine with the possibility of 6 months in jail. People driving without a license creates harm because it raises insurance premiums on folks that do things the right way and it takes money away from the states and federal government because they are not paying the required fees.

Are they now going to stop every person driving to make sure they have a license? No.. they are going to wait until they commit another infraction, like running a red light and catch them and then add the extra charge of driving without a license because it is just a hassle and huge waste of time to stop everyone to make sure they have a license even though they create more harm then people being here illegally.

Don’t you think that would be a better approach for illegal immigrants? There’s a reason why there are so many illegal immigrants still here, its because 99% of them don’t do anything wrong.
